Minimum Stock Accessory Order is $500.  Minimum Stocking Furniture Order is $2500.  Orders less than stocking order will incur a 25% Non-Stocking Dealer Charge. $5,000 in annual sales required to maintain Stocking Dealer status. All first orders require payment in full prior to release of merchandise.  Company check, MC, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER. After first order, Net-30 is available with Lyon's Factoring Services upon verification of credit. All prices are F.O.B. Dallas, Texas, and do not include domestic freight rates, packing, handling or shipping insurance. Shipping and Handling charges are nonrefundable and must be prepaid.  Backorders will only be created for orders greater than $200. Factory and shipping schedules can change without notice; therefore, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title to merchandise shall pass to the buyer on delivery by Groovystuff to the carrier. If your order is damaged in shipment, please hold the merchandise, the package it came in, and notify the shipper and us immediately. All returns or local repairs must have prior written approval.  All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. This unique furniture style is subject to irregularities due to its handcrafted process.  All product illustrations, colors, and dimensions may vary. Normal cracking adds to the handcrafted nature of the furniture.  F.O.B. Origin 20 Foot container order customers receive 10% off Stocking Dealer Price with free freight, custom clearance, drop off and pick up. F.O.B. Origin 40 Foot container order customers receive 25% off Stocking Dealer Price with free freight, custom clearance, drop off and pick up. A Deposit of $5,000 required on all 20 foot container orders, and $10,000 for all 40 Foot Container orders. Deposit is non refundable. Therefore, none of the aforementioned reasons may be considered for return. All prices are subject to change without prior notification.
